Ties That Bind, Ties That Break #2

1)I agree with you Lindsay. I think that is the problem. I also think that the father does not want her to go to school because of the kids there and maybe he thinks that she is going to be picked on. Or because he has never seen a girl or women teacher there at the public school. Also because the father thinks that she is not going to have a godd future going to a the public school.

2) I agree with you. To me she looks like she is going to have a strong future because she wants to go to school so thats good. And if she wanted to go to school then she is probably going to try to get good grades. I agree with you about she becoming an amah. And that she will move out of the hous and get married. To me she is going to have a really good future.

1. i think you might be right aboiut the different people there, and he has never met the teachers.

2. i think she is going to have a great futer too, and my mom read the book, and said that it had a great ending. i think she will also have a grea t life being an amah
